R.P. Whelan, rider of Sea Breezing, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was green when she hit the front.
M.A. Gallagher, rider of Tommorah trained by Ross O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount over-raced in the early stages and didn't finish out her race as a consequence.
S. Foley, rider of Dream Oasis trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran green on the ground.
The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the straight involving Arch Enemy, ridden by G.F. Carroll, placed fourth, Caleta Sunrise, ridden by S.B. Kelly, placed third, Chris's Rose (GB), ridden by James J. Doyle, placed fifth and Dream Oasis, ridden by S. Foley, placed second, where it appeared Chris's Rose (GB) got tight for room approximately a furlong from the finish. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. G.F. Carroll stated that he could see the incident happening in front of him but he was not really involved. S.B. Kelly stated that he tried to go for a gap that wasn't really there. James J. Doyle stated that he felt pressure from behind but didn't think there was room enough for a horse to get through. S. Foley stated that his filly was quite green and drifted ever so slightly. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Poet's Pride (GB), trained by David Marnane, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount leaned left all the way.
D.E. Sheehy, rider of Terra Rossa trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was slowly away.
The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the straight involving Arnhem, ridden by P.A. Harnett, placed third and Poet's Pride (GB), ridden by N.M. Crosse, placed fourth, where it appeared Arnhem rolled onto Poet's Pride. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. N.M. Crosse stated that his mount was tending to lean left throughout but he did get a bump inside the final furlong. P.A. Harnett stated that when he pulled his whip through and used it in his right hand his mount reacted to it, at which point he put his hands back on the reins and corrected his mount. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Adams Barbour, trained by Lee Smyth, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.
The Stewards requested a report from Miss Hilary McLoughlin, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Chocquinto, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer's representative, Mr. M. Ferris, reported that this filly has been very slowly away in the past, today she got permission to load late and wasn't as slowly away as in previous starts. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation offered.
138D Download The BoyleSports App H'capThe Stewards interviewed L.T. McAteer, rider of Hidden Land (USA), concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the regulation with regard to numbers and was disappointed with himself as he had worked very hard on this aspect of his riding in recent months. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found L.T. McAteer in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(frequency) and having taken his record into account suspended him for 1 raceday.
138E Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) H'capM.A. Gallagher, rider of Pempie trained by Eddie & Patrick Harty, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly throughout, especially on the run down the hill.
138F BoyleSports Live Casino H'capM.A. Gallagher, rider of Britzka trained by Eddie & Patrick Harty, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount didn't let himself down on the ground in the last half furlong.
