The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

W.J. Lee rode Eyeeye (GB) (reserve) trained by Thomas Mullins (Race 8)
J.A. Heffernan rode Deed Pole (GB) (reserve) trained by Cian Hughes (Race 8).

300A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (C&G) M'dn

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Serengeti (FR), trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered at the halfway stage.

W.J. Lee, rider of Truth Be Told, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to check after three furlongs.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed the footage and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

S.B. Kelly, rider of Wellwhatshappenin, trained by Patrick Joseph Hayes, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green throughout.

R.C. Colgan, rider of Micasso, trained by Donal Kinsella, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident before the halfway point involving Micasso, ridden by R.C. Colgan, unplaced, and Wellwhatshappenin, ridden by S.B. Kelly, unplaced, where it appeared an incident occured. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.C. Colgan stated that his mount was not travelling and shied away from Wellwhatshappenin. S.B. Kelly stated that his mount was running green and he manouvered him from behind horses and his mount over exaggerated the movement. Having viewed the recording of the race the Raceday Stewards took no further action.

300B Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

S. Foley, rider of Edge Of Seventeen, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost her action in the last two furlongs.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Edge Of Seventeen, trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the trainer and reported the animal to be slightly lame on her left fore.

300C Darley Irish EBF Brigid's Pastures Stks

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Dance Night Andday, trained by Ross O'Sullivan, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Little Queenie, trained by Paul W. Flynn, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Shandy, trained by J.A.Stack, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran very keen.

R. Whearty, rider of Little Queenie, trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

300D Fleetwood Paints H'cap

The Raceday Stewards reviewed the start of this race where it appeared Verhoyen, drawn in stall two, marginally exited the stalls before the rest of the field. Having considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Verhoyen had struck the gates after they had started to open, had gained no material advantage as a result of this and therefore took no further action.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Greek Flower, trained by John James Feane, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

Adam Caffrey, rider of Apache Outlaw, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran slightly left inside the final furlong.

L.T. McAteer, rider of Mint Man (GB), trained by P.J.F. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the last furlong.

Ms L. Dowdall, rider of High Honour (GB), trained by Donal Kinsella, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount hung right throughout.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Ms N.A. Kane, rider of No Say Ever (GB), concerning her use of the whip in the home straight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Ms. N.A. Kane accepted she was in breach of the regulation and apologised for her actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied Ms. N.A. Kane was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and in considering her record in this regard (first offence) they suspended her for eight racedays.

D.S. O'Sullivan, rider of Mile End (GB), trained by Ciaran Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got no luck in running.

J.M. Sheridan, rider of The Organiser (GB), trained by J.F. Levins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the final two furlongs.

P.A. Harnett, rider of The Bear Trap, trained by John Geoghegan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not get a clear run.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final furlong involving Saturn Seven, ridden by J.J.G. Ryan, placed second, Von Krolock, ridden by M.W Hassett, unplaced, Zaragoza, ridden by Adam Caffrey, placed fourth, and Green Valentine, ridden by S. Foley, unplaced, where it appeared an incident occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Adam Caffrey stated that as Saturn Seven passed him he shifted slightly left. M.W. Hassett stated that he ran short of room inside the final furlong. S. Foley stated that he felt pressure from both sides. J.J.G. Ryan stated that as his mount hit the front she shifted left but felt he was clear of the horses inside him. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence of all four jockeys, the Raceday Stewards accepted that there was marginal movement on the part of The Organiser but noted that J.M. Sheridan had taken immediate steps to rectify this. They were however satisfied that J.J.G. Ryan was in breach of Rule 214 (careless riding) by failing to take reasonable steps to avoid causing interference. Having considered J.J.G. Ryan's record in this regard (second offence), the Raceday Stewards suspended him for four racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Never Shout Never, trained by Jack W. Davison, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

W.J. Lee, rider of Surpass And Shine, trained by Patrick J.Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had no luck in running.

M.W Hassett, rider of Von Krolock, trained by Timothy Doyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to check his mount one furlong out.

S. Foley, rider of Green Valentine, trained by Kevin Thomas Coleman, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight for room late on.

J.A. Powell, rider of Gegenpressing (GB), trained by Eddie & Patrick Harty, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not get a clear run.

300H Al Basti Equiworld Dubai H'cap

K.G. Kennedy, rider of Alessia Fernanda, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got no run.

P. McGettigan, rider of Si Senior, trained by Patrick Magee, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right up the straight and was badly interfered with.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Naisiun, trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was badly interfered with.

R. Donaghue-Leahy, rider of Gallo Dell Cielo, trained by Patrick J.Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount rolled around in the straight.

N.M. Crosse, rider of It's A Gamble, trained by Brian Nolan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got wiped out two furlongs from home.

J.A Heffernan, rider of Deed Pole (GB), trained by Cian Hughes, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received interference late on. The Raceday Stewards reviewed this incident and were satisfied that no further action was warranted .

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final two furlongs involving Si Senior, ridden by P. McGettigan, unplaced, Naisiun, ridden by R.P. Cleary, unplaced, and Gallo Dell Cielo, ridden by R. Donaghue-Leahy, unplaced, where it appeared an incident occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.P. Cleary stated that he received pressure from his left forcing him onto Gallo Dell Ciello and to clip a heel. R. Donaghue-Leahy stated that she got pressure from her left. P. McGettigan stated that his mount hung right at the time of the incident. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that P. McGettigan was in breach of R.214 (careless riding) and in considering his clean record record, they suspended him for five racedays.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident early in the home straight involving The Mpex Kid, ridden by J. Cleary, unplaced, Kiki Roberts, ridden by J.A. Powell, unplaced, Si Senior, ridden by P. McGettigan, unplaced, and It's A Gamble, ridden by N.M. Crosse, unplaced, where it appeared an incident occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. N.M. Crosse stated that as the field filed across to the stand rail he received pressure from his right. J.A. Powell stated that he received pressure from his right. P. McGettigan stated that he took off heels from the retreating The Mpex Kid forcing him to make contact with Kiki Roberts. J. Cleary confirmed that he was in front of the incident. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that P. McGettigan was in breach of Rule 214 (careless riding) and suspended him for two racedays. In arriving at their decision, the Raceday Stewards did not consider the riders earlier breach of Rule 214 and treated this breach as a first offence.
