The Stewards met to consider a request from Ms Leanne Breen, trainer, to reinstate her charge Starlight Red which she had withdrawn at 9.55 a.m with the reason "passport submission error". She explained her dealings in relation to this matter with her Veterinary Surgeon Sean Rooney MRCVS, the IHRB Veterinary personnel and Weatherby's Ireland. She reminded the Stewards that she was left with the responsibility to withdraw her charge this morning but that it was not her choice. She also reminded the Stewards that she had brought her charge to the races. In conclusion she accepted that the vaccination verification was not in order by 5 p.m. yesterday.
