075A St. Patrick's Well Claiming Race

D.M. Simmonson, rider of Effernock Fizz trained by Miss Katy Brown, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly left.

C.T. Keane, rider of Lady Scathach trained by T.G.McCourt, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped before pulling up.

D.N. Curran, rider of Multiviz (GB), trained by S.M.Duffy, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was unintentionally carried wide in the closing stages.

The Stewards interviewed R.P. Whelan, rider of Castle Guest, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that R.P. Whelan was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g) in that he had used his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous in this regard into account, the Stewards cautioned him on this occasion.

075B Happy Easter To All Our Patrons(F)M'dn

D.P. Davis, rider of Neyland (GB) trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped.

075C Irish Stallion Farms EBF Median Auc.M'dn

The Stewards interviewed C.T. Keane, rider of Very Excellent, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that C.T. Keane was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g) in that he had used his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record in this regard into account, the Stewards cautioned him on this occasion.

075E BBQ Race Evening Friday June 7th H'cap

The Stewards interviewed S. Foley, rider of Giorni Felice, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that S. Foley was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g) in that he had used his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record in this regard into account, the Stewards cautioned him on this occasion.

W.J. Lee, rider of Cork Harbour trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was slowly away from the stalls.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Cache Queen trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

075G Next Evening Meeting May 16th H'cap

The Stewards enquired from G.M. Ryan rider of Elusive Exclusive, who was unseated while racing down the hill. The rider reported that his mount changed legs, stumbled and unseated him. Having considered the report and viewed a recording of the incident, the Stewards took no further action.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Black Label (GB) trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

075H Slievenamon M'dn

W.M. Lordan, rider of Chef Afef trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount collided with an injured horse in the closing stages.

C.D. Maxwell, rider of The Tubinator trained by Ronan M.P. McNally, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran very green.
