At the request of the Stewards, J.A. Heffernan, rider of Rojo, trained by John M.Burke, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was quite nervous going to post and got a fright when the stalls opened and veered right.
133C1 Bellewstown H'capAt the request of the Stewards, J.A. Heffernan, rider of Morph, trained by Mrs. Jessica Magnier, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount took a bad step and began to hang badly.
133C2 Bellewstown H'capA.J. Slattery, rider of Shoulda Lied trained by Peter Fahey, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount came off the bridle on the first bend and never travelled thereafter.
G.M. Ryan, rider of Make Good trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was slowly away.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Aasleagh Fawn, trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
133D Irish EBF Median Sires Series (F) M'dnC.D. Hayes, rider of Chummie trained by T.M. Walsh, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran off the bend.
The Stewards informed A. Oliver, trainer that Creative Mojo, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.
133F Tara Stud H'capThe Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Lord Rapscallion, ridden by Nikita Amelia Kane, placed first and Mary Salome, ridden by L.F. Roche, placed fourth, where it appeared Mary Salome ran short of room and had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found Nikita Amelia Kane in breach of Rule 214, in that she had ridden carelessly and having considered Nikita Amelia Kane's record in this regard the Stewards suspended her for two racedays.
A.J. Slattery, rider of Beckwith Place trained by Tracey Collins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that he dropped one rein.
L.F. Roche, rider of Mary Salome trained by Madeleine Tylicki, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was badly hampered half a furlong out.
S.M. Crosse, rider of She's A Babe trained by Aidan F. Fogarty, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left from the road.
S. Foley, rider of Man Power trained by Jane M. Foley, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got no run in the straight.
133G Indaver Ireland (Q.R.) H'capThe Stewards requested a report from C. Byrnes, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Run For Mary, placed first, as compared with its recent form. C. Byrnes stated that his charge had pulled very hard and not got home on its previous run, having been off for a long time. Furthermore, he stated that his charge settled much better today, had the benefit of a recent run and was ridden by a seven pound claimer, all of which had helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form when compared to its previous run. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation given.
