229A J.J.Burke Peugeot 3-Y-O M'dn H'dle

The Raceday Stewards received a report from Ms. T. O'Meara, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that R.A Doyle, rider of Doctor Nightingale, weighed in 2lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. In his evidence R.A. Doyle stated that he was surprised that he weighed in 2lbs heavy and could not account for the extra weight but he accepted that he was in breach of Rule 231. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that R.A Doyle was in breach of Rule 231(iii) and having considered his record, they suspended him for one raceday.

229B John & Pat Rochford Memorial M'dn H'dle

D.E. Mullins, rider of Granpa Ger, trained by Anthony Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green in the early part of this race.

229D Broderick's Electric H'cap H'dle

Paul John Gilligan, trainer of Chequer Square, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge had a cut on his front leg post race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Got Grey (FR), trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have an over reach to his right fore post race.

Paul Stafford, trainer of Joven De Corazon, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge was showing signs of being in season post race.

229E Burleigh Accountancy H'cap H'dle

M.J.M O'Sullivan, rider of The Abbey, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined The Abbey, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

229G C.J. Sheeran Ltd H'cap H'dle

Gordon Elliott, trainer of Townhill Penny, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge pulled a shoe and scoped dirty post race.
