At the request of the Raceday Stewards, P. Byrnes, rider of Workforadime, trained by C.Byrnes, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was flat out throughout.

The Raceday Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Lothbeg, trained by S.R.B. Crawford, for failing to present the horse for identification to an Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (i).

The Raceday Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Nowinittowinit, trained by S.R.B. Crawford, for failing to present the horse for identification to an Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (i).

082B Tim Kelly (C&G) M'dn H'dle

The Raceday Stewards interviewed R.P. Geoghegan, rider of Free Flowing, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. R.P. Geoghegan accepted he was in breach of R.10.3(g) frequency and R.10.3(i) not giving his mount time to respond and he apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence and R. P. Geoghegan's record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for twelve racedays.

The Raceday Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Bellaney Lord, trained by S.R.B. Crawford, for failing to present the horse for identification to an Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (i).

The Raceday Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Now Go Soldier Go, trained by S.R.B. Crawford, for failing to present the horse for identification to an Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (i).

082C McGrath Limestone Works H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Cafe Con Leche, trained by C.Byrnes, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Wee Charlie trained by Thomas Gibney was found to have blood in both nostrils post race.

P. Byrnes, rider of Cafe Con Leche, trained by C.Byrnes, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount refused at the last.

082D BoyleSports (Mares) H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident after the second last hurdle involving Optional Mix, ridden by M.P. O'Connor and Bonnie Kellie, ridden by P. Byrnes, where it appeared Optional Mix ran short of room. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Made In The Woods, trained by Norman Lee, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
