The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

G.P.Halpin rode Pixie Spirit , trained by J.A. Nash (Race 2)

089B English Comprehension Testing App H'cap

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the final furlong involving Have A Nice Day (GB), ridden by D.M. Redmond, placed fourth and Pixie Spirit, ridden by G.P.Halpin , placed third. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the judges placings, however G.P.Halpin was advised to ride with more care in future.

The Stewards interviewed J.A. Nash, trainer, concerning the failure to nominate a rider before the designated time for Pixie Spirit. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned who stated that despite his best efforts , he was unable to secure a rider before declaration time . Having considered the evidence, the Stewards accepted the explanation offered and took no further action.

089C Live The Dream With Tote H'cap

The Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final furlong involving Gathering Power, ridden by F. Lynch, placed first, Wexford Opera, ridden by K.J. Manning, placed fifth and Seal Rock (GB), ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed second. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was accidental and took no further action.

J.P. O'Brien, rider of Masai, trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was short of room momentarily in the final furlong.

089D Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies M'dn

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Lastdanceforme, trained by David Wachman, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

089F Tote Punchestown Preview At Naas H'cap

M.Halford, trainer of Slipper Orchid, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge became upset in the stalls and cut her mouth.

M.Halford, trainer of Slipper Orchid, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Wednesday 30th April that his charge was found to be in season post race.
