The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

Joseph Patrick O'Brien, trainer of Dense Star (Off Feed) - €200
A.P.O'Brien, trainer of Elizabethofaragon (Off Feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

T.E. Whelan rode Kauri Cliffs (reserve) , trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien (Race 4)
J.A. Heffernan replaced P.B. Beggy on Ennistymon, trained by A.P.O'Brien (Race 6)(Intended mount a non-runner)

300A Tifrums Irish EBF (C&G) M'dn

S. Foley, rider of Yulong De Legend trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount went right under pressure.

300B Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

A.J. Farragher, rider of Kompromat trained by Kieran P. Cotter, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had the hood partially on when the stalls opened.

300C Foran Equine Irish EBF Nursery H'cap

N.M. Crosse, rider of Wood Ranger trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.

300D Foran Equine Irish EBF Auct. Race Final

S. Foley, rider of My Minervina trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hit every ridge and ran short of room late on.

R.P. Whelan, rider of No Stopping Her trained by Jack W. Davison, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he took a precautionary check when his chance was gone.

M.A. Gallagher, rider of Prairie Dancer, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung left in the straight.

The Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final two furlongs involving Belle Image, ridden by R.C. Colgan, Huddle Up, ridden by N.M. Crosse, Prairie Dancer, ridden by M.A. Gallagher, Amazed By Grace (GB), ridden by N.G. McCullagh, Amber Kite, ridden by G.F. Carroll, My Minervina, ridden by S. Foley, and No Stopping Her, ridden by R.P. Whelan, where it appeared No Stopping Her and My Minervina ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found M.A. Gallagher in breach of Rule 214(Careless Riding) and having taken his record into account suspended him for 3 race days. They also found N.G. McCullagh in breach of Rule 214(Careless Riding) and having taken his record into account suspended him for 1 race day.

300E Irish Stallion Farms EBF Garnet Stakes

The Stewards informed D. K. Weld, trainer that Tasalka, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Stewards interviewed L. Wyer, IHRB Starter, in relation to the communication of a withdrawn horse in this race. Evidence was heard from the Starter, who stated that he wished to withdraw the 17 horse after she became unruly but when he communicated with officials behind the stalls to confirm the number of the horse, the wrong number was communicated to him, which he further relayed to the Public Address. The error was subsequently corrected. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards accepted that a communication error had occurred but advised the Starter to ensure the correct horse number is communicated to the P.A. in future.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Etneya, trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

300F Irish Stallion Farms EBF Bluebell Stakes

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Ennistymon trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount met with a lot of interference in the straight.

L.F. Roche, rider of Starlight Dream trained by Matthew J. Smith, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lugged right in the final two furlongs and was checked in the last half furlong.

R.C. Colgan, rider of Tashi trained by Ms. Sheila Lavery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was stopped in the last furlong.

C.T. Keane, rider of Yaxeni (FR) trained by G.M.Lyons, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the straight.

The Stewards enquired into two incidents in the straight, the first involved Ennistymon, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, Tashi, ridden by R.C. Colgan, and Shamiyna, ridden by O.J. Orr. The second involved Starlight Dream, ridden by L.F. Roche and Sagrada Familia (GB), ridden by G.P. Halpin. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards considered that the incidents had been caused by accidental interference and took no further action.

300H Naas H'cap

L.T. McAteer, rider of Na Caith Tobac (HOL) trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never picked up.
