The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

A.P.O'Brien, trainer of Mythical (FR) (Off - feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

S. Foley replaced T.P. Madden on Let It Bea, trained by Mrs John Harrington (Race 1)(Stewards permission)

308C Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Nursery

The Stewards received a report from Miss. Colleen Murphy, Clerk of The Scales, that this race was an alternative handicap and as the top weight was a non runner the weights for the remaining runners were to be adjusted. Having considered the report, the Stewards instructed that as the top weight was withdrawn under Rule 194(iii)(a) and there was still a horse remaining in the race which was out of the handicap and weighted below the the minimum weight following the time fixed for withdrawal under Rule 194(iii)(a), the weights of the remaining runners, under the terms of Rule 66(v)(a), were to be adjusted in accordance with HRI Directive 2(iii).

R.P. Whelan, rider of No Stopping Her trained by Jack W. Davison, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lugged left under pressure.

S. Foley, rider of Bondi Dreams trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount jumped right out of the stalls.

The Stewards interviewed Miss. Colleen Murphy, Clerk of the Scales, in relation to all the riders in race three having to reweigh as there had not been an adjustment to the weights of the runners, despite the top weight in the alternative handicap being a non runner. Evidence was heard from Miss. Colleen Murphy, who stated that due to the current Covid 19 regulations she had not received today the usual hard copy of the information she had received electronically on Thursday, and the omission was not noticed until the riders had weighed out at the original weights. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards referred the matter to the C.E.O of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board for further investigation and consideration of alternative procedures.

308E Eyrefield Stakes

S. Foley, rider of Los Andes (USA) trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.

308F Trigo Stakes

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Helvic Dream, trained by Noel Meade, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Raise You, ridden by S.M. Crosse, placed fourth and Elizabethofaragon, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, placed third, where it appeared that interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the judges placing and took no further action.

308G Leopardstown Members Club H'cap

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Dare To Flare, ridden by A.J. Slattery, unplaced and Sheberghan, ridden by N.M. Crosse, placed fourth, where it appeared that Dare to Flare had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, including the report furnished to the Clerk of the Scales by N. M. Crosse, the Stewards were satisfied that while interference may have occurred they did not apportion blame to any one person and they therefore took no further action.

S. Foley, rider of On The Balcony trained by Mrs D.A.Love, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran keen.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Sheberghan trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly left in the straight.

G.P. Halpin, rider of Loved Out trained by Thomas Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran short of room in the straight.
