The Stewards fined C.F. Swan, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Moving On Up, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

K.J. Manning, rider of Tap Focus, trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount changed legs and lost her action inside the final furlong.

225B Mossie Lane Farm Buildings H'cap

S. Corby, rider of Millington, trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran free in the early stages.

225E Benchmark Hospitality Novice S'chase

The Stewards enquired into an incident approaching the third last fence involving Bally Longford, ridden by A.E. Lynch, placed second and Indevan (GB), ridden by P. Townend, placed first. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that A.E.Lynch had ridden improperly(Rule 214) and having considered his record, suspended him for four race days.

225F H'cap S'chase

Mr A. McCurtin, rider of Tellherimnothere trained by John J. Walsh, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount burst blood vessells and pulled up.

P.A. Gallagher, rider of Baidin Fheilimi trained by Patrick Cronin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount did not act on the ground and pulled up.
