The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Gordon Elliott, trainer of Make A Track (Off feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

P. Townend replaced B.J. Cooper on Troubleshot, trained by M.F.Morris (Race 4)(Injured)
R. Walsh replaced B.J. Cooper on As De Ferbet (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins (Race 5)(Injured)
P. Townend replaced B.J. Cooper on Ravished, trained by M.F.Morris (Race 6)(Injured)
D.E. Mullins replaced B. Hayes on Rohan's Pride, trained by Robert Honner (Race 6)(Injured)

184A Tom McCormack Memorial Cup (M) Mdn H'dle

D.E. Mullins, rider of Crosslake trained by John A.White, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran out at the first hurdle having put her head in the air and being unmanageable.

184B Coola M'dn H'dle

D.J.Barry, trainer of Boston Oscar, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge was found to have a respiratory tract infection on endoscopic examination post race

R.C. Colgan, rider of Queen Matilda, trained by Donal Kinsella, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount did not handle the bend out of the back straight but stayed on past tired horses in the closing stages of this race.

184C Best Dressed Lady Competition H'cp H'dl

R.P. Treacy, rider of Brian's Express, trained by L.Young, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount finished lame.

The Stewards requested rider reports into the falls at the turn out of the back straight on the first circuit of Star Of Angels (GB), ridden by Miss K. O'Farrell, Persian Wind, ridden by B. Hayes and Castletown Bridge, ridden by B.J. Cooper. Miss K. O'Farrell reported that her mount lost his legs when slipping on the bend. B. Hayes reported that his mount was brought down by Star Of Angels (GB). B.J. Cooper was unavailable for interview due to his detention in the ambulance room. Having considered the reports and viewed a recording of the incident, the Stewards were satisfied that the falls were accidental.

184D Michael Moore Car Sales H'cap H'dle

D.E. Mullins, rider of The New Citizen trained by Eugene M. O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up having gone lame in running.
