The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

J.P. Murtagh, trainer of Artemis Jones (Off feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

C. Horgan rode Hale Bopp (reserve) trained by R.Donohoe (Race 5)

259A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (C&G) M'dn

R.L. Moore, rider of Old Faithful (FR), trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not get a clear run. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

A.C. Persse, rider of I've Been Dreaming, trained by Mark Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

259C Golf At Gowran Park H'cap

Adam Caffrey, rider of Not Just Yet, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right up the straight.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed the closing stages of this race involving Woodcock Flight, ridden by S.T. McCullagh, placed first, and Dance Night Andday, ridden by G.F. Carroll, placed second, where it appeared Dance Night Andday had to switch for a run. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no riding offence had occurred and they therefore took no further action.

259D Membership At Gowran (F) Claiming Race

G.M. Ryan, rider of Hello Power, trained by D.J. Bunyan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung severely left in the closing stages.

259F Support The Irish Injured Jockeys H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Great Blasket, trained by John Joseph Murphy, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have a few small skin abrasions but to be otherwise post race normal.

J. Kearney, rider of Great Blasket, trained by John Joseph Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take a check two furlongs out.

259G Racing Again September 16th M'dn

S.P. Bird, rider of Keeptellinemnuttin, trained by Michael Mulvany, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls and jumped left before running keenly at times.

C.D. Hayes, rider of The Mediator, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped slowly.

G.M. Ryan, rider of A Piece Of Heaven (FR), trained by Barry J. Fitzgerald, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.
