The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

A.P.O'Brien, trainer of King Pellinor (Off feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

N.M. Crosse replaced P.A. Harnett on Miss Adventurous, trained by Thomas Cooper (Race 3)(Unwell)

307A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

The Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Mr P.L. Malone, regarding the failure of C.P. Hoban, rider of Haparanda, placed sixth to weigh in after this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he was not made aware that he was required to weigh in and furthermore he did not realise that he had finished in sixth place. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that C.P. Hoban was in breach of Rule 227 by failing to present himself to weigh in. Having taken his previous record into consideration and mitigating circumstances, the Stewards ordered C.P. Hoban forfeit his riding fee and severely cautioned him on this occasion. Pursuant to Rule 230 Haparanda was disqualified.

307B Kone H'cap

C.D. Hayes, rider of Ontheiflist trained by H.Rogers, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount jumped awkwardly on leaving the starting stalls.

307C Swordsecurity.com H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Scholastic, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Miss Adventurous trained by Thomas Cooper, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got no luck in running.

307E Barna Recycling H'cap

R.P. Whelan, rider of Day Dreamin' trained by A.J.Martin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left in the latter stages of this race.

307F A Year To Remember At Galway H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sayar, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Father Ailbe, trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

A.J. Slattery, rider of Father Ailbe trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

307G(i) Reaneys of Galway Supporting NUIG H'cap (Division One)

N.M. Crosse, rider of Countess Matilda trained by Matthew J. Smith, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly to the left throughout this race.

D.E. Sheehy, rider of Castlegrove trained by R.Donohoe, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left throughout this race.

307G(ii) Reaneys of Galway Supporting NUIG H'cap (Division Two)

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Vocal Duke, trained by Brendan W.Duke, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
