The Stewards informed P.J.F. Murphy, trainer that Coillte Mach (GB), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

G.F. Carroll, rider of Aldo Raine, trained by G.M.Lyons, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his stall opened slowly in this race and that his mount hung right in the straight.

123B F'house Welcomes Competitors Rated Race

C.R. King, rider of Emperor Bob, trained by David Marnane, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that the bit slipped through his mount's mouth from around four furlongs out.

The Stewards interviewed W. McCreery, trainer, in relation to his withdrawal of Expreso Brasileiro after the time fixed for withdrawal. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned who stated that his rider had advised him having ridden in the second race that the drying ground would not suit this horse. He had brought the horse with the anticipation that the ground would ease due to forecast showers but these had not materialised. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards allowed the withdrawal of Expreso Brasileiro and took no further action.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Alfie's Word trained by Desmond McDonogh, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

123D Rockathon Returns To Fairyhouse H'cap

F.M. Berry, rider of Springstride (GB), trained by Mrs Prunella Dobbs, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung badly in the straight.

S. Foley, rider of Enter The Priory trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran short of room close home.

J.M. Conneely, rider of Tanneron, trained by John Joseph Murphy, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount's saddle slipped about a furlong and a half from the finish.

123E Rated Race

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Sandro Botticelli, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

123F Priomote Your Business Apprentice H'cap

The Stewards enquired into an incident on the turn to the straight involving Our Kieran, ridden by Lynda Tara Masterson, and King Of Oriel, ridden by I.T. Queally, where it appeared Our Kieran ran short of room on the rails and was forced to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned and from R. Donohue, master of Lynda Tara Masterson. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards advised I.T. Queally to ride with more care in future.

The Stewards fined Donal Kinsella, €350 for failing to lodge a passport in respect of winning horse King Of Oriel, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90(vi). Written assurance was given by or on behalf of the Trainer that the Passport would be forwarded to Horse Racing Ireland within the next 3 working days for verification with the markings and microchip number taken by the Turf Club Veterinary Officer.

W.J. Lee, rider of Georgia On My Mind trained by David Wachman, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount checked slightly at the line.
