S.F. O'Keeffe, rider of Positive Thinker, trained by Michael J. McDonagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was impeded at the back of the last fence. The Raceday Stewards reviewed the footage and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

373C Hytech EQ Ultra 3-Y-O M'dn H'dle

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, S.W. Flanagan, rider of Tranquil Sea, trained by Paul Nolan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount had jumped poorly on his first two starts over hurdles and also jumped poorly today particularly at the last two hurdles.

373D Happy Christmas From All H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Karl Thornton, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Don't Talk (GER), placed first, as compared with its recent form. Karl Thornton, Trainer, stated that he was unable to offer any explanation for his last run and hoped that the application of a first time tongue tie would see an improved performance. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report.
