J.J.G Ryan replaced J. Kearney on Manhattan Dreamer (USA), trained by Adrian Murray (Race 8)(injury)
C. M. Hogan rode Hezahunk (reserve) trained by Adrian McGuinness (Race 6)

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident turning into the home straight involving Cyber Attack, ridden by R. Whearty, Doctor Grace, ridden by R.M Mulligan and Ha Long Bay, ridden by W. Joyce, where it appeared contact was made. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

R. Whearty, rider of Cyber Attack, trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

J.J.G. Ryan, rider of Arthur's Victory, trained by J.A. Nash, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the stalls.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Craig O'Neill, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Aisling Oscar, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Craig O'Neill reported that a return to one mile on the all weather surface, coupled with carrying bottom weight in a lesser race had helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed H.J. Horgan, rider of Havana Notion (GB), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he was in breach of R.10.3(g) and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found H.J. Horgan, in breach of R.10.3 (g) (frequency) and having considered his record (fourth offence), they suspended him for sixteen racedays.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed S.T. McCullagh, rider of James Henry, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he was in breach of R.10.3(g) and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found S.T. McCullagh in breach of R.10.3 (g) (frequency) and having considered his record (second offence), they suspended him for four racedays.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident near the line involving Mint Man (GB), ridden by O. McSweeney, placed second, and Perfect Judgement, ridden by C.J. MacRedmond, placed first, where it appeared both horses rolled towards each other. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
