292A Kilmore M'dn H'dle

R. Deegan, rider of Applicationofcash, trained by S. Curling, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was badly hampered at the last.

L. Quinlan, rider of Andyourbirdcansing, trained by John Patrick Ryan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered by the faller at the last.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Red Trail, trained by Andrew McNamara, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have coughed a few times following the race but was otherwise post race normal.

Mr N. Gault, rider of Tomannie, trained by S. Michael Millar, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount slipped up independently of any other horse. Having reviewed a recording of the incident the Raceday Stewards are satisfied that no further action was warranted.

292D Clonmel H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards enquired into the circumstances surrounding the weighing out of More Info, ridden by D.King (5lbs) in this race who did not avail of his full claim and claimed 3lbs. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned and Mr.H.T.Hynes, IHRB Clerk of the Scales. D. King stated that he believed that he had lost the right to claim 5lbs following a win at Roscommon on Monday 25th September and since todays racing fell on the third day he believed his 5lb claim was gone. Mr.H.T.Hynes confirmed this was the reason D. King claimed 3lbs and not 5lbs. Having considered all the evidence, the Raceday Stewards explained Rule 52 (iii) to D King and took no further action other than to advise him of this obligation to familiarise himself with the rules.

292F Tickincor H'cap S'chase

L.A. McKenna, rider of Pana To Milan, trained by Michael Winters, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled and was pulled up.
