The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Peter Fahey, trainer of Sadies Trix (Late withdrawal, injured in transit) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

C.P. McNamara replaced G. Brouder on So Enjoy, trained by J.A. Nash (Race 7)(Rider Administration Error)
L.P. Dempsey rode Robin Deuz Pois (reserve) , trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 7)
P.T. Enright replaced R.P. Treacy on Star Company, trained by Eoin Doyle (Race 3)(Rider Administration Error)
E. Walsh replaced J.B. Kane on Lady Of The Sea, trained by S. Michael Millar (Race 5)(Rider Administration Error)
S.D. Torrens replaced G.B. Noonan on Go Fox (GB), trained by Patrick Neville (Race 5)(Injured)
S.W. Flanagan replaced K.J. Brouder on Sizing Malbay, trained by S.J.Mahon (Race 7)(Injured)

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Battle Of Wills, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

S.F. O'Keeffe, rider of Clody Valley trained by Miss Elizabeth Doyle, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a mistake at the third hurdle and pulled up.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Clody Valley trained by Miss Elizabeth Doyle was found to be clinically abnormal post race.

142E Seamus Mulvaney Crockafotha H'cap H'dle

The Stewards interviewed Mr B.W. Harvey, rider of Roi De Dubai, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(f)(force)(g)(frequency) and (i)(time to respond) and having taken his record into account suspended him for five race days.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference at the last hurdle and in the run-in involving Abraham, ridden by C. Brassil, placed first and Roi De Dubai, ridden by Mr B.W. Harvey, placed second, where it appeared the two horses came close together. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.

The Stewards received a report from Mr. C. Gordon, IHRB Security Officer, regarding a possible breach of the Covid-19 Protocols at today's meeting. Evidence was heard from Mr. Gordon and also from Mr. Darren Lawlor, HRI Health Screening Officer and Ms. Sarah Bermingham, Authorised Representative for E. Bolger, Trainer. Mr. Gordon stated that an apparent breach of the protocols was brought to his attention by Mr. Lawlor whereby a staff member of Mr. Bolger's had not gone through the health screening but was present in the stable yard. Mr. Lawlor stated to the Stewards that Ms. Bermingham had not gone through the health screening for today's meeting. Evidence was also heard from Ms. Bermingham. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards referred the matter to the Referrals Committee.
