The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-
Anthony McCann, trainer of That's Not Me (Going) - €200213A Sligo High Speed WiFi Claiming Race
A.J. Slattery, rider of Sheila's Empire trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel during this race.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Sheila's Empire trained by Gavin Cromwell was noted to have blood on the nose as a result of exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage.
213C Sligo Supporters Club 2020 Nursery H'capT.P. Madden, rider of Dolce Sicily trained by Ross O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount checked about two furlongs from the finish.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Confidence High trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was tight for room after one furlong.
213F Irish Stallion Farms EBF Oaks (F) H'capMeghan Donovan, Authorised representative of Denis Gerard Hogan, trainer of Trevena (GB), reported at a Stewards enquiry that their charge was found to be in season post race
A.J. Slattery, rider of Kastasa trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran around when under pressure in the closing stages of this race.
The Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Mr. P.L. Malone, that J.M. Sheridan, rider of Trevena (GB), had weighed in at 1.1lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that his mount had sweated up and this was absorbed by the saddle pad. Evidence was also heard from Meghan Donovan, Authorised representative of D.G. Hogan, trainer of Travena (GB). Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that J.M. Sheridan was in breach of Rule 231(iii). Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended J.M. Sheridan for 2 racedays.
213H Diageo Day 8th August H'capC.D. Hayes, rider of Musalsal trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was hampered at the first bend.
W.J. Lee, rider of Alice Milligan trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left at the first bend and again at the bend past the stands.
