The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

H. Morgan replaced J.J. Slevin on Druid's Altar, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien (Race 4)(Injured)
C. Orr replaced L. Quinlan on Something Sweet, trained by Roger Joseph McGrath (Race 7)(Unwell)
S.W. Flanagan replaced Rachael Blackmore on Merry Poppins (GER), trained by J.Motherway (Race 7)(Injured).
D. O'Keefe rode Crack Mome (FR) (reserve) , trained by W.P. Mullins (Race 6)

094B Colm Quinn BMW Group H'cap S'chase

S.W. Flanagan, rider of Brace Yourself trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled and pulled up.

C.J. Orr, rider of Rocky's Silver trained by James Daniel Dullea, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled and pulled up.

The Stewards interviewed K.J. Brouder, rider of Se Mo Laoch, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he had exceeded the permitted use of the whip due to a miscalculation on his behalf. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that K.J. Brouder was in breach of Regulation 10.3 (g) in that he used his whip with excessive frequency. Having considered his record in this regard, the Stewards cautioned K.J. Brouder on this occasion.

094D Ballymore Champion 4YO H'dle

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages of this race involving Jeff Kidder, ridden by S.W. Flanagan, placed first, Zanahiyr, ridden by J.W. Kennedy, placed second and Zoffanien, ridden by D. Meyler, placed fourth, where it appeared that Zanahiyr ran short of room and checked. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.W. Kennedy stated that he felt his mount was initially brought out from the rails, got squeezed and lost enough momentum to have cost him his best possible place. D. Meyler Stated that his mount was going forward, lugged left and he straightened him thereafter. S.W. Flanagan stated that he was coming with a good run, he felt pressure from his inside and he was satisfied that he held his racing line comfortably. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards did not apportion blame for the incident to any rider. They made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.

D.F. O'Regan, rider of Palace Rock trained by Francis Casey, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly left and pulled up.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Quilixios (GB), trained by Henry de Bromhead, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

094E Palmerstown House Pat Taaffe Hcap Schase

The Stewards requested a report from W.P. Mullins, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Brahma Bull, placed first, as compared with its recent form. W.P. Mullins reported that his charge did not see out the trip on his last run and found the ground conditions today to be more favourable. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation offered.

R.M. Power, rider of Whisperinthebreeze (GB) trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount moved terribly and pulled up.

The Stewards interviewed D. Robinson, rider of Nick Lost (FR), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he had used his whip excessively. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that D. Robinson was in breach of Regulation 10.3 (g), in that he had used his whip with excessive frequency. Having considered his record in this regard, the Stewards suspended D. Robinson for 3 racedays.

094H The Buggyman (Pro-Am) INH Flat Race

J.C. Gainford, rider of Gardener (FR) trained by J.C.Hurley, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly left and pulled up.

P.J. O'Hanlon, rider of Kilbarry Chianti trained by C. O'Keeffe, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly left.
