The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Fawkner Park, ridden by S.M. Crosse, and Fashion Flair (GB), ridden by R.P. Whelan where it appeared that both horses made contact. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S.M. Crosse, stated that his mount was very green throughout and felt the incident was caused by both animals running green. R.P. Whelan, stated that his mount was very green and felt the incident was caused by both animals briefly leaning against each other. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action other than to advise R.P. Whelan to correct his mount in a more timely fashion in future.

298C Killarney Park Hotel H'cap

J.J.G. Ryan, rider of Mymacushla trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left under pressure.

M.P. Sheehy, rider of Stickyourneckout trained by J.F. Levins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount took a precautionary check two furlongs out.

298D Kellihers Toyota H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Imposing Supreme, trained by Thomas Gibney, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

298E Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

S. Foley, rider of Lizzy's Filly trained by Ciaran Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount over raced all the way.

The Stewards reviewed the closing stages of this race, where it appeared that slight contact was made between Hotter Than Hades, ridden by R.P. Whelan, and Star Kissed, ridden by C.T. Keane. Having considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

298F BoyleSports Best Odds Apprentice H'cap

The Stewards enquired into an incident approximately one and a half furlongs from the finish involving Molly's Gamble, ridden by D.J Gilligan, and Maura's Gift, ridden by R. Whearty, where it appeared that Maura's Gift met with interference. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned, in the presence of Paul John Gilligan, trainer, who accompanied D.J. Gilligan. R. Whearty, stated that his mount received a bump, but felt it was of little consequence. D.J. Gilligan, stated that his mount jinked left and bumped Maura's Gift. He further stated that he corrected his mount as soon as possible. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

W.J. Lee, rider of Diamond Union (GB) trained by E. J. O'Grady, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.

The Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Men Of Dreams, ridden by D.W. O'Connor, and Beautiful Chaos, ridden by J.A. Powell where it appeared that contact was made between both animals. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
