The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

D.J. Bunyan, trainer of Micro Latency (GB) (Off feed) - €200

067C(ii) BetVictor Bet #5 Get #30 Offer H'cap (Division Two)

The Stewards interviewed A.J. Farragher, rider of Annie Fior, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned in the presence of his Master Michael Halford. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that A.J. Farragher was in breach of R10 (3)(f) by using his whip with excessive frequency. The Stewards cautioned A.J. Farragher.

N.G. McCullagh, rider of Kodianne trained by M.Halford, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran keen to the start and also early in the race until fading at a later stage.

M.Halford, trainer of Kodianne, reported to the Office of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board that his charge was found to be in season the following morning.

The Stewards fined Edward Lynam, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Chagall, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Chagall in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90.

The Stewards informed Mrs John Harrington, trainer that Belle Cora, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.
