K. M. Donoghue replaced L.P. Dempsey on Andy Ru, trained by J.P.Dempsey (Race 8)(Stood down)

010A Supporting Local Business Beg S'chase

C.D. Timmons, rider of Dont Go Yet trained by Edward Cawley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered by the faller at the second last.

010B Follow Fairyhouse On Social Hcap S'chase

The Stewards interviewed D.F. O'Regan, rider of Conquredalofeurope, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the regulation and apologised. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that D. F. O'Regan was in breach of Regulation 10.3.g, excessive frequency. Having considered his record in this regard the Stewards suspended D. F. O'Regan for three racedays.

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Castle Town House trained by Michael J. McDonagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.

010F Fairyhouse Supporting Treo Eile Mdn Hdle

Rachael Blackmore, rider of Amirite trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount made a bad mistake at the third last.

J.G. Gilligan, rider of Kilcasey Gold trained by Paul John Gilligan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not handle todays going.

At the request of the Stewards, Mr J.W. Reilly, rider of Alfieri, trained by Ross O'Sullivan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount has not run since July and was ridden to come home well. He added that his mount had a good blow.

010G1 Jump Into January H'cap H'dle

J.P. O'Sullivan, rider of Starbella trained by Thomas Gibney, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

010G2 Jump Into January H'cap H'dle

J.B. Foley, rider of Innisfree Beauty trained by Ciaran Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that things got tight and he hit the rail when the horse in front jumped across him. Having viewed the recording of the incident and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

C.D. Timmons, rider of Any Day Now trained by Edward Cawley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount finished lame behind.
