The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

C. Martins, rider of Prince Of Love, trained by Michael J. Browne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received a bump from both sides leaving the stalls The Raceday Stewards reviewed the video footage and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Fly To Glory, trained by P.J.F. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left up the home straight.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, L.F. Roche, rider of Havana Goodtime (GB), trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped a little awkwardly from the stalls and was outpaced throughout.

043C Dundalk Winter Series Championship H'cap

The Raceday Stewards informed Gavin Cromwell, trainer that Tommy McJohn, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference inside the final furlong involving Lyle The Crocodile, ridden by S. Coen, placed first, and Tam Lin, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed third, where it appeared interference may have occured. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. In his evidence C.T. Keane stated that the leader was leaning a little to his left but that the interference was very minimal and did not affect his placing. S. Coen stated that his mount leaned very slightly left close to the line under a left hand drive. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that while Lyle The Crocodile had caused interference to Tam Lin, he did not improve his finishing position as a result of this interference so they made no alteration to the Judge’s placings. Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and therefore took no further action.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, Jessica O'Gorman, rider of La Tulipe Noire, trained by Aengus King, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount got a little of short of room close to the line but she was retreating at that point in the race. Having viewed the video footage the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted

043E Irish Stallion Farms EBF Med Auct. M'dn

W.M. Lordan, rider of Flynn Ryder (GB), trained by Eoghan Joseph O'Neill, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left in the home straight.

R.C. Colgan, rider of Leopold The First, trained by Andrew Lee, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident close to the line involving Ze Do Asfalto, ridden by D. Egan placed fourth, and Leopold The First, ridden by R.C. Colgan, placed sixth, where it appeared Leopold The First ran up on the heels of Ze Do Asfalto. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

043G Floodlit Friday Nights At Dundalk M'dn

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the run to the first bend involving Angelo Pio, ridden by N.M. Crosse, unplaced, Palavar, ridden by M.P. Sheehy, placed fourth, Quickshot (USA), ridden by W.J. Lee, unplaced , and What's Your Game, ridden by D. Egan, placed second, where it appeared several riders had to take a check on the approach to the first bend. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. In his evidence N.M. Crosse stated that he had to take a check as it got tight for room on the approach to the first bend. M.P. Sheehy stated as the runners approached the first bend they funneled from the outside and he was forced to take a check. W.J. Lee stated that he was forced to take a check as the runners tightened on the approach to the first bend. D. Egan stated that the runners funneled from the outside on the approach to the first bend but felt he done his best to avoid contact with the horses on his inner. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Angelo Pio, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take a check going into the first bend.

W.J. Lee, rider of Quickshot (USA), trained by Adrian Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take a check going into the first bend.

043H Put The Fun In Fundraising H'cap

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident inside the final furlong involving Omakase, ridden by D.S. O'Sullivan, placed third, and Tara Power, ridden by N.G. McCullagh, placed first, where it appeared they came close together. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

S. Coen, rider of Doctor Grace, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.
