The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

Joseph Patrick O'Brien, trainer of Falsaron (Off Feed) - €200
Adrian McGuinness, trainer of Saltonstall (GB) (Declared in Error) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

S. Ewing rode Fascinating Spirit (reserve) , trained by Eoin Christopher McCarthy (Race 7)

At the request of the Stewards, A.J. Farragher, rider of Brother In Law (GB), trained by Kieran P. Cotter, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was very outpaced early on and flew home.

C.D. Hayes, rider of S'all Good Man trained by W.T. Farrell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was hampered in the straight.

G.F. Carroll, rider of Palace Rock trained by Francis Casey, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

G.P. Brouder, rider of Scott Lang trained by Adrian Murray, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran very green and hung left close home.

S.M. Crosse, rider of Melliferous trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount felt pressure from both sides one furlong down.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the straight involving S'all Good Man, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed sixth, Palace Rock, ridden by G.F. Carroll, placed first, Scott Lang, ridden by G.P. Brouder, placed second and Melliferous, ridden by S.M. Crosse, placed third. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.

Mr. J.M. McGrath, absented himself from this enquiry. Mr. McSharry acted as Chairman and appointed Mr. H. Hynes to deputise in accordance with Rule 9.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Pak Army trained by J.R. Barry, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount went wrong.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Pak Army, trained by J.R. Barry, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race.

J.A. Powell, rider of Coreczka trained by Miss Clare Louise Cannon, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got upset in stalls, tried to go down and missed the break as a result.

The Stewards interviewed Amy Jo Hayes, rider of Eacharn, concerning her use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(frequency) and (i)(time to respond) and having taken her record into account suspended her for two race days.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the home straight involving Benavente (GB), ridden by S. Foley, placed first and Devil's Outlaw (USA), ridden by D.P. McDonogh, placed second, where it appeared the horses bumped a number of times. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Mr. McDonagh stated that he felt both horses came together under a left hand drive with the high winds making it difficult. Mr. Foley stated that his horse quickened up well but ran around a bit in the high winds. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.
