R.L. Moore, rider of Unless (USA) trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green.

The Stewards reviewed an incident at around the 2 furlong marker involving Eternal Silence (USA), ridden by S. Foley, and Unless (USA), ridden by R.L. Moore where it appeared both horses made contact briefly. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Stewards reviewed an incident at the 6 furlong marker where it appeared Eternal Silence (USA), ridden by S. Foley got tight for room. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

202C AK Bets Better Prices H'cap

D.A Kidd, rider of Supagirl trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung off the home bend.

B.M. Coen, rider of Kerkiyra trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around under pressure.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Giladah trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got hampered turning in and got hampered again close to the line.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the straight involving Amortentia, ridden by H.J. Horgan, placed fourth, Supagirl, ridden by D.A Kidd, placed third, Nectarine, ridden by K.J. Manning, placed second, Kerkiyra, ridden by B.M. Coen, placed first, and Giladah, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed fifth, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. H.J. Horgan stated that he received pressure from his inside causing him to check. D.A. Kidd stated that his mount hung off the home bend. K.J. Manning stated that his mount rolled around under pressure. B.M. Coen stated that his mount ran around late on. C.D. Hayes stated that he got a bump turning in and again towards the finish. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the interference which occurred was accidental in nature and they took no further action. Mr. S. Collins absented himself from this enquiry. D.A. Kidd was accompanied at this enquiry by Mrs. J. Harrington.

202D Kilboy Estate Stakes

S. Foley, rider of Sierra Nevada (USA) trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never let itself down on the ground.

202E Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) H'cap

The Stewards enquired into an incident at around the 7 furlong marker involving Eastern Wind (GB), ridden by J.J.G. Ryan, and Red Heel, ridden by W. Joyce where it appeared Eastern Wind checked. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.J.G. Ryan stated that he ran short of room when trying to go forward. W. Joyce stated that he was making his way towards the rail when he heard a shout late on. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action other than to advise W. Joyce to ride with more awareness in future. Mr. J.J.G. Ryan was accompanied at this enquiry by Ms. Elaine O'Farrell.

J.J.G. Ryan, rider of Eastern Wind (GB) trained by T.G.McCourt, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount clipped heels after the start.

S. Foley, rider of Ha Ha Ha trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never let itself down on the ground.

The Stewards requested a report from Michael Mulvany, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Red Heel, placed first, as compared with its most recent run in Gowran on 11/05/22. Michael Mulvany stated that all his horses were under the weather at around this time possibly as a result of oil seed rape blooming in a field close by. He further added that he gave Red Heel a short break to freshen her up and this in his opinion brought about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the content of the report.
