The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

K J Manning replaced R.P. Cleary on I Have A Voice, trained by J. S. Bolger (Race 1)(intended mount a non runner)

078A Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

S. Foley, rider of Albion Square (GB) trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount travell well before cutting out.

L.F. Roche, rider of The Lion Strikes trained by Aidan Anthony Howard, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount felt the ground conditions and shortened its stride.

Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Albion Square (GB), reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her charge scoped badly post race

C.D. Hayes, rider of Loveballerina trained by Aidan Anthony Howard, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount had to check after one and a half furlongs.

078D Holden Plant Rentals Alleged Stakes

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Bowerman (GB), trained by Adrian McGuinness, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race. Samples were taken for analysis.

078E Tesoro Vita H'cap

G.M. Ryan, rider of Casanova (GB) trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount had to check in the straight.

S. Foley, rider of Tauran Shaman trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung in the straight and suffered interference.

C.D. Hayes, rider of He Knows No Fear trained by Luke Comer, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was badly interfered with.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Theophile trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran keen early on and got tight for room after a furlong.

M.A. Gallagher, rider of Hayyel trained by Richard Brabazon, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount suffered a little interference in the straight.

W.M. Lordan, rider of Fil The Power (GB) trained by Kevin Michael Smith, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was turned sideways in the straight.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference about a furlong and a half from the finish involving Raise You, ridden by D. McMonagle, placed first, Casanova (GB), ridden by G.M. Ryan, unplaced, Tauran Shaman, ridden by S. Foley, placed fifth, He Knows No Fear, ridden by C.D. Hayes, unplaced, Hayyel, ridden by M.A. Gallagher, unplaced and Fil The Power (GB), ridden by W.M. Lordan, unplaced, where it appeared interference had occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. G.M. Ryan stated that his mount suffered interference causing him to check when the horses racing on the far side hung across the track. W.M. Lordon stated that he suffered bad interference causing him to check and he eased his mount thereafter. C.D. Hayes stated that he was carried across the track but did not have to stop riding. M.A. Gallagher stated that he received pressure from the outside which caused a chain reaction. S. Foley stated that he was timing a late run when his mount started to hang, he added that the winner started to hang at this point causing his mount to drift across to the main pack where he sat up for safety reasons. D. McMonagle stated that his mount hung towards the stands when in a driving position after he had used his whip, he added that he quickly changed hands with his whip and made every effort to straighten his mount thereafter. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the interference did not necessitate an alteration to the Judge's placings. Furthermore, the Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider as they were satisfied that the interference was accidental.

078F TRI Equestrian Gladness Stakes

The Stewards enquired into an incident about a furlong from the finish involving Brad The Brief (GB), ridden by C.D. Hayes, unplaced, Fiscal Rules, ridden by K.J. Manning, unplaced and Know It All (GB), ridden by B.M. Coen, placed third, where it appeared that both Brad The Brief and Fiscal Rules had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C.D. Hayes stated that he suffered minor interference when going backwards and took a precautionary check off heels. K.J. Manning stated that his mount received a bump from his outside and subsequently bumped the horse on his inner. B.M. Coen stated that he was following the winner who moved slightly off line and that his mount reciprocated this movement despite his best efforts. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the incident was accidental and therefore took no further action.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Brad The Brief (GB) trained by Tom Dascombe (in GB), reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was checked in running.

K.J. Manning, rider of Fiscal Rules trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount had to check.

078G TRI Equestrian Irish EBF M'dn

Cillian McConnell, rider of Jazz Session trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Blue Planet (GB), trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Stewards reviewed an incident about 200 yards from the finish involving Valhalla's Dream, ridden by L.T. McAteer and Harannda, ridden by C.T. Keane, where it appeared Valhalla's Dream had to check. Having viewed a recording of the incident, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

078H Equine Products UK H'cap

The Stewards informed M. J. Byrne, trainer that Silverback Jack, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

W.J. Lee, rider of Majeski Man trained by Mrs Denise Foster, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left in the last 2 furlongs.

S. Foley, rider of Annabelle Rock trained by Natalia Lupini, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount didn't let himself down in the last furlong.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Elusive Spirit trained by J.R. Barry, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost action.
