Appeals scheduled for Mon 22 Oct

The Appeals listed below are scheduled for Monday, 22nd October 2012.  All appeals will take place in the Turf Club, The Curragh, Co. Kildare.


12 Noon:  Appeal of Kilshanning Racing Syndicate owners of A Decent Excuse against the decision of the Stewards at Limerick on 14th October 2012, not to reverse the placings of first and second, in the Oakbruce Properties Handicap Hurdle.

2pm:  Appeal of Leigh Roche (rider) against the decision of the Stewards at Dundalk on 27th September 2012, where he was found guilty of careless riding on Grey Danube, following the running of the Dundalk Stadium Lights Up Friday 28th September Handicap and suspended for two race days.

3pm:  Appeal of Seamie Heffernan (rider) against the decision of the Stewards at the Curragh on 16th October 2012, to suspend him for three race days, following the running of the Curragh Membership 2013 Maiden, for using his whip when out of contention and when his chance of winning or being placed on Attorney Street was clearly gone.
