The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

P.T. Enright rode Dukes Avenue (reserve), trained by Robert Tyner (Race 3).

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Arahecan, trained by Henry de Bromhead, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

A.E. Lynch, rider of Arahecan trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost its action and was pulled up thereafter.

D.E. Mullins, rider of Pass Hymn (GB), trained by Garrett James Power, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran free throughout.

The Stewards requested a report from Shane Crawley, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Fiesta Forever, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that his charge was running on good ground over 2m 4f for the first time and felt this, along with the first time application of a tongue tie, may have contributed to the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report, the Stewards noted the explanation.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Stonehall Jack, trained by D.E.Fitzgerald, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

D.E.Fitzgerald, trainer of Stonehall Jack, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that following an endoscopic examination on his charge post race, he had nothing to report.

Rachael Blackmore, rider of Lion In His Heart trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her saddle slipped.

The Stewards interviewed Rachael Blackmore, rider of Peace News (GER), concerning her use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.4, in that she had failed to give her mount time to respond to the whip. Having taken her previous record in this regard into account, the Stewards suspended Rachael Blackmore for 2 racedays.

A.E. Lynch, rider of Redclue trained by Mrs Gillian Callaghan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount jumped poorly.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Canny Tom, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
