The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Eoin Gerard Barry, trainer of Shumaker (Off Feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

A. Ring rode Dont Tell Mammy (reserve) , trained by P.J. Rothwell (Race 2)
I.J. McCarthy rode Ciaoifsin (reserve) , trained by Jarlath P.Fahey (Race 2)
Mr. M.J. Stenson replaced Mr S.F. O'Keeffe on Patriciadplasterer, trained by Miss Elizabeth Doyle (Race 7)(Injured)

202B PARKRUN H'cap H'dle

D.J. Mullins, rider of Lockeen Girl trained by Thomas Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran too free and pulled up.

The Stewards interviewed Mr E.P. Keating, rider of War Of The Pennys, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that Mr. E.P. Keating was in breach of Regulation 10.3(b) the unnecessary hitting of a horse after its chance of winning or being placed is clearly gone. Having taken his previous record into account, the Stewards cautioned Mr. E.P. Keating.

202C Maggie May's Pub H'cap H'dle

P.D. Kennedy, rider of Whats Your Beef trained by Michael G. Kennedy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount sustained a cut to a hind leg and pulled up.

202E Adare Manor Opportunity H'cap S'chase

B. Browne, rider of Black Jewel, trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped carefully and never travelled.

202F Opel 182 H'cap S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Dorkas (GB), trained by J.R. Finn, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be slightly lame post race.

Rachael Blackmore, rider of Dorkas (GB) trained by J.R.Finn, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her mount stopped quickly coming down the hill.

The Stewards interviewed J.W. Kennedy, rider of Soul Kaliber, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that J.W. Kennedy was in breach of Regulation 10.3(b) the unnecessary hitting of a horse after its chance of winning or being placed is clearly gone. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended J.W. Kennedy for 3 race days.

202G Irish Stallion Farms EBF(M)INH Flat Race

Mr E.P. O'Brien, rider of Majestic Poet trained by Philip Fenton, reported to the Clerk of Scales that the bit went through his mounts mouth.
