The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

P. Townend replaced G.N. Fox on Cadawill, trained by Rodger Sweeney (Race 3) (Unwell)
L.P. Dempsey replaced G.N. Fox on King Norman, trained by John G. Carr (Race 5) (Unwell)

194A www.wexfordraces.ie M'dn H'dle

A. Ring, rider of Havelock Ellis (GB), trained by J.F. Levins, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was on and off the bridle early and jumped slowly throughout.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Havelock Ellis (GB), trained by J.F. Levins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be Post Race Normal.

194B Tintern Abbey H'cap H'dle

The Stewards interviewed Mr N. McParlan, rider of Cousin Bill, placed second, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion Mr N. McParlan was in breach of Regulation 10 3 (f) in that he had used his whip with excessive frequency and having taken his good record into account, they cautioned him accordingly.

194E Martinstown Opportunity H'cap S'chase

The Stewards interviewed Rachael Blackmore, rider of Personal Shopper (GB), placed second, concerning her use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion Rachael Blackmore was in breach of Regulation 10 3 (f) in that she had used his whip with excessive frequency, and having taken her good record into account, they cautioned her accordingly.

194G IrishStallionFarms EBF (M) INH Flat Race

The Stewards interviewed Mr P.A. King, rider of Isnt Dat Right, winner, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion Mr P.A. King was in breach of Regulation 10 3 (f) in that he had used his whip with excessive frequency, and having taken his record into account, they cautioned him accordingly.
