315A Supporters Club AGM & TableQuiz Mdn Hdle

The Stewards fined Henry de Bromhead, trainer, €130 for lodging a passport in respect of Molly Connors, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

315B Slaney M'dn H'dle

Mr J.J. Burke, rider of Cnoc An Cheo trained by J.P. O'Keeffe, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped in running and therefore pulled up.

315D Gorey H'cap H'dle

The Stewards interviewed M.F. Mooney, rider of Wooly Tom concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10 3(g),having used the whip with his arm above shoulder height and after considering his record, suspended him for two race days.

315F Enniscorthy H'cap S'chase

R. Loughran, rider of Flying Windsor trained by W.J.Lanigan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Flying Windsor trained by W.J.Lanigan was post race normal.
