050A M & T Plant Hire M'dn H'dle

M.A. Enright, rider of Lake Chad trained by Philip Fenton, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount met with some interference approaching the second last hurdle.

R.J. Condon, rider of Western Rambler trained by Eoin Doyle, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left.

050B Shamrock Enterprises M'dn Hdle

Under the provisions of Rule 90, the Stewards allowed Lady Sue, trained by Colin Kidd, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the error identified in the certification of vaccinations would be corrected in accordance with Rule 91 within the timeframe specified.

C.D. Maxwell, rider of Lady Sue trained by Colin Kidd, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the second hurdle and never got involved thereafter.

050C Neville Hotels Novice H'cap H'dle

B. Browne, rider of Kristian Goingwel trained by Oliver McKiernan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost his action after the fourth last hurdle.

M.A. Enright, rider of Semper Fidelis (GB) trained by William J. McLernon, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled and pulled up thereafter.

The Stewards met to consider the circumstances surrounding the pulling up of Castletown Quarry and the Veterinary input that followed. Evidence was heard from Aidan Bailey, Blue Cross, John O'Doherty and Larry Wall Racecourse Veterinary Surgeons and Eoin Griffin, trainer of Castletown Quarry. Having considered all the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the Veterinary Surgeons and the Blue Cross had carried out full and proper procedures before reaching a diagnosis on the injury sustained by Castletown Quarry. The Stewards also noted that Eoin Griffin accepted the manner in which the procedures were managed.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Kristian Goingwel, trained by Oliver McKiernan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

050D Micheal O'Murchadha Memorial H'cap H'dle

M.P. Walsh, rider of Getoutwhenyoucan trained by Augustine Leahy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

050F Barry Ennis Memorial Novice H'cap S'ch

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Dylrow, trained by Robert Alan Hennessy, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have blood at the nose following exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage.

050G Tomcoole Farm (Pro-Am) INH Flat Race

Under the provisions of Rule 90, the Stewards allowed Lunch In Adare, trained by Peter Fahey, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the error identified in the certification of vaccinations would be corrected in accordance with Rule 91 within the timeframe specified.
