The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

J.R. Barry, trainer of Rockey Storm (off feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

S.J.Gray replaced B.J. Foley on For Freddie, trained by Edmond Kent (Race 6)(injured)

130B Tramore Racecourse Directors Hcap Schase

Mr P. Power, rider of Game Puppeteer, trained by Paul Power, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran flat.

130C August Festival 17th-20th M'dn H'dle

A.E. Lynch, rider of Jouxplane (FR) trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Banquet Hill, trained by John Patrick Ryan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

130D McCarthys Fuel And Builders H'cap H'dle

R.P. Treacy, rider of Masterchippy, trained by N Dooly, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount failed to pick up.

130E www.tramore-racecourse.com M'dn H'dle

Owing to the low lying sun, the Stewards granted permission for hurdle number four to be omitted.

130F Irish Stallion Farms EBF H'cap H'dle

Owing to the low lying sun, the Stewards granted permission for hurdle number four to be omitted.

P.T. Enright, rider of Heron Heights trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Heron Heights, trained by Henry de Bromhead, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

130G IrishStallionFarms EBF (M) INH Flat Race

Mr S. Clements, rider of Alive Inside trained by Rodger Sweeney, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount finished lame.

The Stewards interviewed Mr S. Clements, rider of Alive Inside, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(f), in that he used the whip with excessive force and frequency and having considered his clean record, suspended him for two race days.

A.J. McNamara, trainer of Tory Hill Lady, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge made a respiratory noise in running.
