126A August Festival 13th to 16th M'dn H'dle

The Stewards interviewed Mr P. Power, rider of Sparkalark, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(b), in that he used the whip when his chance of winning or being placed had clearly gone and having considered his record, suspended him for four race day.

126B Graun Hill Suite For Parties H'cap H'dle

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Chakisto (FR), trained by Eoin Doyle, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame post race.

L.P. Dempsey, rider of You Can't Catch Me, trained by Kieran Purcell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount clipped heals and he was unseated.

126C Tramore Racecourse Supp. Club M'dn H'dle

I.J. McCarthy, rider of Karlidi (USA) trained by S.T.Nolan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a respiratory noise in running and was pulled up.

126E Find Us On Facebook Beginners S'chase

A.F. O'Neill, rider of The Winkler, trained by Eoin Doyle, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung left and did not stride out well.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined The Winkler, trained by Eoin Doyle, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame post race.

K.M. Donoghue, rider of Liberty's Gift trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a bad mistake, lost his action and was pulled up.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Orgilgo Bay, trained by John C. McConnell, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have skin abrasions on both stifles and on the left fore but otherwise post race normal.

D.G. Hogan, rider of Key Account, trained by L. Byrne, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung right and was pulled up.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Key Account, trained by L. Byrne, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

126G Iish Stallion Farms EBF (M) INH FlatRace

The Stewards received a report from Turf Club Starter,Mr.J.R.Banahan, that Mr D.L. Queally, rider of Kilbarry Mandy had disobeyed his instructions, which lead to a false start. Evidence was heard from the starter and rider concerned. Having viewed the recording of the incident and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Rule 208 and having considered his record, suspended him for four racedays.
