The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Miss Katy Brown, trainer of Golily (Off Feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

A.E. Lynch rode Kilkeaskin Molly (reserve) , trained by J.P.Dempsey (Race 5)

226A EY S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Master Appeal, trained by John E. Kiely, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have sustained an over reach on his left fore heel, otherwise post race normal.

Mr C.J. Orr, rider of Jarob (GB) trained by Gearoid O'Loughlin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled and pulled up thereafter.

A.E. Lynch, rider of Master Appeal trained by John E. Kiely, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a mistake at the second last.

226C Noel Ryan Tree Surgeon(Mares) M'dn H'dle

The Stewards interviewed Mr. John Queally, trainer, after it appeared a member of his staff wandered onto the track while the horses were in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned who apologised for this and under took that this situation would not occur again. Having viewed a recording of the incident and considered the evidence, the stewards reminded the trainer of his future responsibilities in this regard.

W.J. Burke, trainer of Bonnie Lily, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge disappointed in running

226D ELC Laser Group H'cap H'dle

The Stewards fined Vincent Laurence Halley, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Tintown Robin, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Tintown Robin in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (iv).

226E Flynn Hotel Group M'dn H'dle

The Stewards enquired from M.P. Walsh, rider of Light Of My Life, who fell on the flat in this race. The rider reported that his mount stumbled and fell independently for no apparent reason. Having reviewed the recording of the incident and considered the report, the Stewards took no further action.

226G Brennan's Pharmacy INH Flat Race

Under the provisions of Rule 90 (iii), the Stewards allowed Delice Du Chenet (FR), trained by John W. Nicholson, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the horse was correctly vaccinated in accordance with Rule 91.

Mr F. Maguire, rider of Delice Du Chenet (FR) trained by John W. Nicholson, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount did not handle the track.
