C.D. Maxwell, rider of Brazen Bay trained by John O. Clifford, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount gurgled from the second last.

Under the provisions of Rule 90, the Stewards allowed Black Ice, trained by Mark Fahey, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the error identified in the certification of vaccinations would be corrected in accordance with Rule 91 within the timeframe specified.

Garrett James Power, trainer of Russellstown, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge had a wind operation since its previous run.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined It's A Long Story, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.

J.W. Kennedy, rider of It's A Long Story, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled.

Rachael Blackmore, rider of Constable Buckley (GB) trained by J. Morrison, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her saddle slipped and she pulled up thereafter.

Seamus Fahey, trainer of Randall's Alannah, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge was found to be lame post race.

Garrett James Power, trainer of Call Curtin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge had a wind operation since its previous run.

346D New Years Day Hospitality (M) H'cap Hdle

P.T. Enright replaced C.J. Orr on Georgia Grace, trained by Miss Hilary McLoughlin (Race 4)(see enquiry).

The Stewards received a report from Mr. W. Flemming, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that C.J. Orr, nominated rider of Georgia Grace, trained by Ms. Hillary McLoughlin(R), had presented himself to weigh out at 2.3 lbs overweight which was not declared. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that this was the case. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that C.J. Orr was in breach of Rule 198(vii). Having taken his previous record in this regard into account, the Stewards suspended C.J. Orr for 2 racedays. Furthermore, the Stewards granted a request from the trainer, to substitute the nominated rider with P.T. Enright.

346E Sponsorship At Tramore Beginners S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Frankiefiveangels, trained by Noel Meade, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

S.W. Flanagan, rider of Frankiefiveangels trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

346F Waterford & Tramore Directors H'cap S'ch

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that It Has To Be trained by Gavin Cromwell was found to have blood at the nose following exercised induced pulmonary haemorrhage.

346G New Year (Ladies Pro-Am) INH Flat Race

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Dublin Four trained by John Joseph Hanlon was found to have blood at his left nostril when examined post race.
