The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D.Meyler replaced T. Dowling on Dans Le Rouge (FR), trained by A.L.T.Moore (Race 5)(injured)

132A Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

The Stewards enquired into possible interference inside the final furlong involving Waterloo Bridge, ridden by J.P. O'Brien, placed first and Gift Wrap, ridden by S. Foley, placed second. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the judges placings and took no further action.

R. Aguiar, rider of Azamesse trained by John James Feane, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left in running.

132D Tipperary Youth Raceday H'cap

C.D. Hayes, rider of Stony Grey, trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was struck into and injured in running.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Lady Giselle, trained by John J. Walsh, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount clipped heals in running.

R.M. Burke, rider of Ceylon, trained by P.J.Prendergast, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount caught another horses heals in running.

132E TipperaryRaces.ie M'dn H'dle

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Baily Smile, ridden by M.A. Enright, placed fifth, Can't Be Done, ridden by S.W. Flanagan, placed third and Jeremy's Jet, ridden by D.J. Casey, placed fourth. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that D.J.Casey was in breach of Rule 214, having ridden carelessly and having considered his record, severely cautioned him concerning his future responsibilities in this regard.

D.J. Casey, rider of Jeremy's Jet trained by A.J.Martin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount raced too freely in the early stages.

The Stewards enquired into the running and riding of Show's Over, ridden by J.S. McGarvey, and trained by F. Flood. Evidence was heard from the rider and trainer concerned. J.S. McGarvey, stated that his instructions were to settle his mount in sixth or seventh, give him some light at his hurdles and to do his best. He added that the horse got close to a few hurdles but travelled well before getting outpaced when the race quickened, but stayed on at one pace in the straight. He concluded by saying that the horse would benefit from a step up in trip. F. Flood, confirmed the instructions and expressed his satisfaction with the ride. He also concluded by saying that the horse would benefit from a step up in trip on softer ground. The Stewards also received a report from the Turf Club Veterinary Officer who stated that Show's Over was lame on the left fore post race. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards noted the explanations offered.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Disputed, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

B.M. Cash, rider of Mr Cosmopolitan trained by J.T.R.Dreaper, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

132G Fundraising At Tipp(Pro-Am)INH Flat Race

Ms N. Carberry, rider of Sixth Avenue, trained by T.J. Taaffe, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount ducked left off the track shortly after the turn into the straight.
