The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

R.P. Whelan replaced G.P. Halpin on Montana Gold, trained by A. Kinsella (Race 7)(injured)
A.J. Slattery rode Cash In Mind (FR) (reserve) , trained by D. Donovan (Race 5)
R.P. Cleary rode Its Harrys Girl (reserve) , trained by J.T.Gorman (Race 6)

083B Tipperary Racecourse H'cap

B.M. Coen, rider of Dandyman Port trained by D. Donovan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount refused to race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Dandyman Port, trained by D. Donovan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Stewards informed D. Donovan, trainer of Dandyman Port, that a repeat of his charges behaviour, who refused to race, would render her liable to future sanction.

083E1 Visit Tipperary H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Dont Quit, trained by J.T.Gorman, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

083F Fundraising At Tipperary Races M'dn

D. O'Brien, rider of King Pellinor trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got stopped in his run.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Montana Gold trained by A. Kinsella, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left, didn't move very well and lost its action.

The Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final 2 furlongs involving King Pellinor, ridden by D. O'Brien, Nobel Joshua (AUT), ridden by L.F. Roche and Zarafshan, ridden by O.J. Orr, where it appeared that King Pellinor ran short of room and checked. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that O.J. Orr was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard cautioned him on this occasion.

The Stewards enquired into an incident at the bend past the stands involving Dsoloman, ridden by H.J. Horgan, Gealach, ridden by R. Coakley, Lightsider, ridden by R.C. Colgan, Malbas (GB), ridden by K.J. Leonard and Trossachs (GB), ridden by K.J. Manning, where it appeared that interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the incident was accidental in nature and took no further action.

S.M. Crosse, rider of Itsalonglongroad (GB) trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount raced freely and did not get home.

K.J. Leonard, rider of The Granson trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly to the left.
