The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

Mr G.B. Noonan replaced P.D. Kennedy on Kilcolman Dj, trained by Eugene M. O'Sullivan (Race 1)(Injured)
R.C. Colgan replaced S.A. Shortall on Solo Cargo, trained by Kieran Purcell (Race 1)(Injured)
D.J. McInerney replaced P.D. Kennedy on Coolroe Cross, trained by Sean Byrne (Race 4)(Injured)

122B Restaurant At Tipperary Races M'dn H'dle

The Directors of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board using their powers under Rule 22(i) modified the time limit for the lodging of passports to 40 minutes prior to the advertised start time for the first race for runners in this race.

M.A. Enright, rider of Erratic Path trained by Andrew Lynch, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a respiratory noise during this race.

J.W. Kennedy, rider of Perfect Soldier trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was never travelling before being pulled up.

122C(i) Follow Us On Facebook H'cap H'dle (Division One)

The Stewards requested a report from Karl Thornton, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Guido Reni, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Sean Thornton, Authorised representative for the trainer reported that their charge appeared to appreciate the good ground conditions having previously raced on heavier ground. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the content of the report.

122C(ii) Follow Us On Facebook H'cap H'dle (Division Two)

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Accordion Twilight, trained by W.J.Lanigan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

R. Loughran, rider of Accordion Twilight, trained by W.J.Lanigan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran keen early on, met with trouble around the final bend and was unable to deliver a challenge.

122D Tipperary Races On Twitter H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Arch Stanton, trained by Noel Meade, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have lost a right front shoe, otherwise was post race normal.

A.E. Lynch, rider of Le Braye trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up after making a bad mistake.

B. Browne, rider of Capture The Drama trained by Aengus King, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up having choked in running.

The Stewards requested a report from J.Motherway, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Goodnightngodbless, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that his charge did not handle the tacky ground at Tipperary and previously at Limerick the filly was ridden close to the pace but appeared to resent the lack of light in a bunched field of runners. Today she was stepped up in trip to 3 miles and was ridden wide to allow her more daylight. In his opinion these were the contributing factors to her improved performance. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the content of the report.

122E Tipperary M'dn H'dle

The Stewards fined Daniel G. Murphy, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Cousin Pascal (FR), in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Cousin Pascal (FR) in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (iv).

The Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Mr L. Walsh, that B.J. Cooper, rider of Benruben, had weighed in at 1.2lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he was riding at 11st 4lbs in a heavy saddle but having weighed out early, he had consumed some water. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that B.J. Cooper was in breach of Rule 231 and cautioned him having taken his clean previous record into consideration.

A. Ring, rider of Triangle Rock trained by M.F.Morris, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up having stopped quickly.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that First Class Ticket (GB) trained by Andrew McNamara was observed post race to have blood in the nose as a result of Exercise Induced Pulmonary Haemorrhage.

122G Racing June 28th (M) (P/A) INH Flat Race

Mr A.J. Fitzgerald, rider of Elsa Of Arendelle trained by John Gerard Fitzgerald, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran very green.
