085A Irish Stallion Farms EBF Race

The Stewards enquired into an incident at the track intersection involving The Mcgregornator, ridden by G.F. Carroll, placed fourth, Eacharn, ridden by W.J. Lee, placed third and Istan (GB), ridden by J.A. Heffernan, placed second. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was accidental and took no further action. Mr.David Nagle, Acting Steward, absented himself from this enquiry.

085D Tipperary Racecourse Celebrating H'cap

The Stewards requested a report from John J. Walsh, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Lady Giselle, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that his charge disappointed on her last start at Limerick, carrying a big weight on very heavy going. He added that the return to better ground, carrying a light weight, helped his charge return to form. Having considered the report the Stewards noted it's content.

D.E. Splaine, rider of Knuckle Duster trained by Michael Ronayne, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a respiratory noise in running and hung right.

P.A. Gallagher, rider of Berinice trained by Edmond Kent, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a respiratory noise in running.

N.P. Madden, rider of No Cash Flow, trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung badly.

D.J. Mullins, rider of Ancient Highway, trained by P.A.Fahy, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran onto heals, lost his action and was pulled up.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Uptake (GB), trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post-race normal.

085G Point To Point Evening 12th May Mdn Hdle

D. Meyler, rider of Duke Cass, trained by Karl Thornton, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped poorly in the early stages and got detached before staying on past beaten horses.

D.N. Russell, rider of Making Shapes (GB) trained by C.Byrnes, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount jumped poorly.
