042B Urlingford Rated Steeplechase

The Stewards fined P.M.J.Doyle, trainer, €350 for failing to lodge the passport in respect of Hidden Charmer, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90(ii) and ordered the withdrawal of Hidden Charmer.

The Stewards fined Oliver McKiernan, trainer, €350 for failing to lodge the passport in respect of Luckyinmilan, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90(ii) and ordered the withdrawal of Luckyinmilan.

042C thurles.ie M'dn H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Savannah Storm (GB) trained by Gordon Elliott was found to have pulled a right fore shoe.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Derby De Thaix (FR) trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien was found to have pulled a right hind shoe.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Annie Mae's Vision trained by T.J.Corcoran was found to have pulled a right fore shoe.

042D Killinan H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lets High Five It, trained by Ronald O'Neill, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

J. Mulvihill, rider of Viking Hoard, trained by C.Byrnes, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount kept getting unbalanced on the ground, that he had to keep a hold of its head as it was flattening and that his mount made some jumping errors.

Mr J.W. O'Neill, rider of Lets High Five It trained by Ronald O'Neill, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Flemen Majic trained by Gavin Cromwell was found to have pulled a right fore shoe.

042E I.N.H. Stallion Owners EBF M'dn H'dle

The Stewards interviewed J.W. Kennedy, rider of Caltex (FR), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(f), in that he had used his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record in this regard into account, the Stewards suspended him for 2 racedays.

042F Thurles H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Montys Meadow, trained by James Joseph Mangan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal was found to have pulled a right fore shoe and was otherwise post race normal.
