The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Gordon Elliott, trainer of Prince Of Scars (Change in going) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

R.A. Doyle rode Jackdaws Lane (reserve) , trained by Denis Gerard Hogan (Race 1)
P.T. Enright replaced M.A. Enright on Big Bad Brian, trained by Miss Hilary McLoughlin (Race 5)(Injury)

054B Pierce Molony Memorial Novice S'chase

J.W. Kennedy, rider of Duca De Thaix (FR) trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount burst.

P. Townend, rider of Jetz, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount made several mistakes.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Duca De Thaix (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have blood at the nose as a result of an exercise-induced pulmonary haemorrhage.

054C Duggan Veterinary Supplies H'cap S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Celebrity Status trained by Conor O'Dwyer was found to have blood at the nose as a result of an exercise-induced pulmonary haemorrhage post race.

054D Adare Manor Opportunity M'dn H'dle

J.C. Canavan, rider of Iconic Lady trained by Robert Tyner, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount finished lame.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Kolumbus, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.

054E White Gypsy @ Finns Borrisoleigh H'dle

John J Fitzpatrick, rider of Static Jack trained by Miss Ellmarie Holden, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

054F Horse & Jockey H'cap H'dle

P. Townend, rider of Be My Dream trained by J.R.Finn, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount went lame and pulled up.

The Stewards requested a report from Adrian Murray, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Napoleon Blue, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer's representative, Mr. T. Hollingsworth, reported that this yard is now back in form having had a winner recently. The horse appreciated the good ground and won what was probably an ordinary contest. Having considered the report the Stewards noted the explanation offered.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Be My Dream, trained by J.R.Finn, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame post race.
