The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

B.T.O'Connell rode Dubai Key (reserve), trained by Eoin Doyle (Race 3)(Stewards permission).
J.J. Slevin replaced Rachael Blackmore on Bad Cigar, trained by F.Costello (Race 5)(injured).
D.E. Mullins replaced Rachael Blackmore on Seaboard, trained by John Joseph Hanlon (Race 6)(injured)
B.J.Foley replaced Rachael Blackmore on Naturally Blond, trained by Patrick Cronin (Race 7)(injured).
P.T. Enright replaced R.C. Colgan on She's A Survivor, trained by Patrick Downey (Race 5)(injured)

The Stewards enquired into the actions of a representative of Patrick Downey, trainer of Melly And Me, who was observed throwing a small object in the direction of his charge at the start of this race. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned. Having viewed a recording of the incident and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the trainer was in breach of Regulation 13 and cautioned him concerning his future responsibilities in this regard.

286C(i) Templemore H'cap H'dle (Division One)

D.J. Hand, rider of Hughies Bay trained by Daniel John Howard, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was outpaced early and missed a few hurdles, before staying on well in the closing stages.

286C(ii) Templemore H'cap H'dle (Division Two)

The Stewards enquired into the circumstances surrounding the failure of Jessicor, trained by Denis W. Cullen and ridden by R. Loughran, to take part in this race. Evidence was heard from Mr. P.F. Graffin, Turf Club Starter, R. Loughran and Denis W. Cullern. Having viewed a recording of the start and considered all the evidence, the Stewards was satisfied that a fair start was affected and took no further action.

286F Thurles H'cap S'chase

M.A. Enright, rider of Deano trained by W. F. Treacy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was injured and pulled upthereafter.

J.W. Kennedy, rider of Eric The Third trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly.
