229A Diageo (Mares) M'dn H'dle

The Stewards enquired into an incident before the last bend involving Shanning (FR), ridden by R. Walsh, Amarillo Rose, ridden by J.J. Slevin and Echo Lady, ridden by A.E. Lynch, where it appeared Echo Lady ran short of room close to the rail. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was accidental and took no further action. Mr. Michael Moloney, trainee Acting Steward was present for this enquiry.

229B Guinness H'cap H'dle

M.P. Flanagan, rider of Effernock Lad, trained by Gerard Keane, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that he lost his left iron before the second last but regained it shortly afterwards.

229D Carlsberg M'dn H'dle

The Stewards granted permission for a flag start in this race, owing to technical difficulties.

The Stewards fined Shane Ryder, €350 for failing to lodge a passport in respect of winning horse Movingswiftlyalong, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90(vi). Written assurance was given by or on behalf of the Trainer that the Passport would be forwarded to Horse Racing Ireland within the next three working days for verification with the markings and microchip number taken by the Turf Club Veterinary Officer.
