The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

P.Carberry replaced P. Townend on Aranhill Chief, trained by S.J.Mahon (Race 6)(injured)
D.E.Mullins replaced P. Townend on Sambremont (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins (Race 7)(injured)
P.Carberry replaced K.C. Sexton on Admiral Barton, trained by Paul W. Flynn (Race 7)(injured)
M.P.Fogarty replaced K.C. Sexton on De Benno, trained by James Grace (Race 6)(injured)

113B Roscommon H'cap

The Stewards informed John Joseph Murphy, trainer that High Pitch, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

Philip M. Byrne, trainer of Milford Lass, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge did not act on the ground.

113D Connolly's Red Mills H'cap

C.R. King, rider of Tawseef, trained by Colin Bowe, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung badly right in running.

113E Kepak INH Flat Race

The Stewards interviewed Mr R.A. Devine, rider of Indian Court, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(f) and 10.4, in that he failed to give his mount time to respond, while using the whip with excessive frequency and having considered his record, suspended him for three race days.

The Stewards interviewed Mr F. Maguire, rider of Thats Nice, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(f), in that he used the whip with excessive frequency and having considered his record, suspended him for two race days.

113F Follow Us On Twitter H'cap S'chase

D.J. Mullins, rider of Elsie, trained by Thomas Mullins, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped right and hung right.

C.D. Maxwell, rider of Innocentman trained by John Monroe, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a respiratory noise in running.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Final Gift, trained by John J Costello, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
