The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

Miss J.M. Mangan rode Tabac Brun (FR) (reserve) , trained by Miss Elizabeth Doyle (Race 6)
M.A. Enright replaced D.E. Mullins on Too Late To Sell, trained by F. Flood (Race 2)(Injury)
Mr. B.M. Linehan replaced Mr Josh Halley on Milestone, trained by J.Halley (Race 7)(Injury)

094A The Irish Field S'chase

The Stewards requested a report from Mr B. O. Walsh, rider, regarding the fall of Chestnut Charlie in this race. The rider reported that this horse slipped up independently on the flat. Having considered the report and viewed a recording of the race, the Stewards took no further action.

The Stewards requested a report from Mr. Josh Halley, rider, into the fall of Stonesinmypocket. The rider reported that this horse slipped up independently on the flat. Having considered the report and viewed a recording of the race, the Stewards took no further action.

James Lindsay Wilkinson, trainer of Dosco's Dream, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge burst a blood vessel in this race

094D AES Champion 4YO H'dle

The Stewards enquired into an incident leaving the back straight involving Kentucky Hyden, ridden by B.J. Geraghty, Lindenhurst, ridden by M.J. Bolger, and Adriana Des Mottes (FR), ridden by P. Townend, where it appears Lindenhurst meets interference and checks. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards deemed any interference to be accidental in nature and took no further action.

P. Carberry, rider of Guitar Pete, trained by D. T. Hughes, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran flat and may have been feeling effects of long season.

D.N. Russell, rider of Tiger Roll, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Tiger Roll, at the request of trainer, Gordon Elliott, and reported the animal to be post race normal.

Samples were taken for analysis.

094E Palmerstown House Pat Taaffe Hcap Schase

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Thegreatjohnbrowne, trained by Noel Meade, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race.

P. Carberry, rider of Thegreatjohnbrowne, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount cut out quickly and pulled up.

The Stewards received a report from Mr. P.L. Malone, Turf Club Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that K.C. Sexton, rider of Rivage D'Or (FR) , weighed in at 1.7 lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider and from Mr. Malone. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that K.C. Sexton was in breach of Rule 231 and having taken his previous record into account they therefore suspended him for three race days.

094F Setanta Sports H'cap H'dle

The Stewards received a report from Turf Club Starter, Mr. P.F. Graffin, that E. Mullins, rider of Tarla (FR), had failed to comply with his instructions at the start. Evidence was heard from the starter and rider concerned. Having viewed the recording of the incident and considered the evidence, the Stewards found E. Mullins in breach of Rule 208 (ii) (f) by failing to comply with the Starter's instructions and having taken his good record into account they severely cautioned him regarding his future responsibilities in this regard. They further advised him as to the need to communicate any issues to the Starter in future.

094G K Club Hotel, Spa (Pro-Am) Flat Race

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages of this race the first instance involving Milestone, ridden by Mr. B.M. Lenihan, placed fifth, Attribution (GB), ridden by Ms N. Carberry, placed third and Uncle Danny, ridden by G.N. Fox, winner and the second instance involving Noble King, ridden by J. Brennan, placed fourth and Milestone, ridden by Mr. B.M. Lenihan, placed fifth, where it appeared interference had taken place in both instances. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings. However they found G.N. Fox in breach of Rule 214 by having ridden carelessly and having taken his record into account suspended him for two race days. The Stewards further found J. Brennan in breach of Rule 214 by having ridden carelessly and having taken his record into account suspended him for two race days.
