The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

091A Adare Manor Opportunity Final H'cap H'dl

A. McCurtin, rider of Ballyegan Hero trained by John J. Walsh, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up having weakened quickly.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Press Conference, trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Stewards interviewed C.P. McNamara, rider of Mac N Cheese, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that C.P. McNamara was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended C.P. McNamara for 2 racedays.

The Stewards interviewed S.A. Mulcahy, rider of Benny In Milan, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that S.A. Mulcahy was in breach of R10(3)(b) by using his whip unnecessarily after his chance of winning or being placed was clearly gone and R10(3)(h) by using his whip with his arm above shoulder height. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended S.A. Mulcahy for 1 raceday

091C Louis Fitzgerald Hotel H'dle

Rachael Blackmore, rider of Paloma Blue trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her mount hung left throughout this race.

091D Irish Daily Mirror Novice H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Commander Of Fleet, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame post race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Defi Bleu (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame post race.

J.W. Kennedy, rider of Commander Of Fleet trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up having failed to travel and felt wrong behind .

D.N. Russell, rider of Defi Bleu (FR) trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up having struck into himself.

091E Coral Punchestown Gold Cup

Rachael Blackmore, rider of Monalee trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her mount was pulled up having lost his action.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Monalee, trained by Henry de Bromhead, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

091F Racing Post App Champion INH Flat Race

The Stewards enquired into an incident on the approach to the straight involving Abacadabras (FR), ridden by Ms L. O'Neill, placed second, Beacon Edge, ridden by Mr M.J. O'Hare, placed third, Golden Spread (GB), ridden by Mr B. O'Neill, unplaced, House Island, ridden by Mr D. O'Connor, unplaced, Mt Leinster, ridden by Mr P.W. Mullins, placed seventh and Santa Rossa, ridden by Mr F. Maguire, placed fifth, where it appeared that Mt Leinster ran short of room and checked when racing close to the running rail. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the incident was caused by Ms L. O'Neill riding carelessly. Having taken her previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended Ms L. O'Neill for 3 racedays.

The Stewards interviewed Ms L. O'Neill, rider of Abacadabras (FR), concerning her use of the whip in the latter stages of this race of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that Ms L. O'Neill was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using her whip with excessive frequency. Having taken her previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended Ms L. O'Neill for 1 raceday.

The Stewards interviewed Mr M.J. O'Hare, rider of Beacon Edge, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that Mr M.J. O'Hare was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having considered his previous record, the Stewards cautioned Mr M.J. O'Hare. .

091G Guinness H'cap S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Class Conti (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have scoped dirty post race.

P. Townend, rider of Class Conti (FR) trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up having never travelled during the race.

091H Weatherbys GSB EBF (Mares) INH Flat Race

The Stewards interviewed Mr N. McParlan, rider of Miss Honey Ryder, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that Mr N. McParlan was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended Mr N. McParlan for 2 racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Fag An Bealach, trained by A.L.T.Moore, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

Mr W. Biddick, rider of Hawthorn Cottage trained by Amy Murphy (in GB), reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled at any time during this race.
