The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D. Meyler replaced J.W. Kennedy on Harry Smiles, trained by Norman Lee (Race 4)(Injured)
B.T. O'Connell replaced B.M. Cash on Lord Erskine, trained by H.Rogers (Race 4)(Injured)
L.P. Dempsey replaced J.W. Kennedy on Our Sox, trained by A.J.Martin (Race 6)(Injured)

109A Kildare Hunt Club M'dn H'dle

R. Loughran, rider of Mr Champers trained by Adrian Paul Keatley, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly to the left during this race.

109B Punchestown For Events M'dn H'dle

The Stewards fined Michael G. Cleary, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Back In Black, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

109C Punchestown.com Hcap H'dle

The Stewards fined Jarlath P.Fahey, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of The Rite Article, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

The Stewards fined John Geoghegan, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Inspector Caldy, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

C.D. Maxwell, rider of Inspector Caldy trained by John Geoghegan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up having burst a blood vessel.

D.E. Splaine, rider of Scantyanduncertain trained by D.E.Fitzgerald, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount gurgled from two hurdles out.

P.W. O'Reilly, rider of Ballinahow Bill, trained by David Harry Kelly, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that he pulled up as the saddle on his mount had slipped early in the race.

109D Panoramic Restaurant H'cap S'chase

D.J. Mullins, rider of Xsquared, trained by Peter Fahey, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount met with interference jumping and jumped poorly thereafter before being pulled up.

D.E. Mullins, rider of Third Opinion, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped slowly during this race.

The Stewards interviewed Henry de Bromhead, trainer, of Killiney Court, concerning the fact that the vaccinations contained in the Passport for this horse were incorrect for the second successive occasion. In accordance with Rule 90 the Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Killiney Court and fined the trainer €350.

109F Irish Stallion Farms EBF H'cap S'chase

R.C. Colgan, rider of Some Drama trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up having lost its action behind.

C.D. Maxwell, rider of Suas Sios trained by Patrick Rooney, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount did not handle the ground.
